Book an Appointment at WELL Mental Health & Wellness - Online Therapy
Hello friend, welcome to our booking page!
Therapist Matching Intake Session
A brief intake appointment designed to understand your goals, preferences, and current concerns so we can thoughtfully match you with the therapist best suited to your needs. This session is not therapy, but helps ensure you’re connected with the right provider from the start.
Online Therapy
Here, you can connect with our compassionate and highly skilled therapists for virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space.
Not sure who to book with? Many of our providers offer free 15-minute consultations to help you explore your needs and find the right fit — because we believe great therapy starts with the right connection.
Already have someone in mind or a returning client? Select the therapist you'd like to speak with and complete the booking steps!
Looking for in-person therapy instead? We currently offer in-person sessions in Victoria, Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Calgary, Winnipeg, St. Catharines, and Toronto. You can find these options by checking the left-hand side of this page.
Guided Care Pathways
Not sure where to start with therapy? Our Guided Care Pathways set you up for success and build a foundation you can rely on. These one-on-one 6 week programs work on a specific core issue, while customizing to your individual needs and teaching life-long skills.
We also offer self-assessments, individual and couples phone and video therapy sessions, and more. Our resources and tools are here for you – with support from a licensed member of the team always just a click away.
Assessment Services
Here, you can connect with our licensed psychologists for comprehensive psychological assessments — delivered virtually and designed to support diagnosis, treatment planning, workplace or school accommodations, and insurance documentation.
This program is delivered in partnership with Hexagon Psychology, a leading Canadian provider of specialized psychological assessment services, and operates through WELL Mental Health & Wellness’ centralized Assessment Services program.
Assessments are available to patients in Ontario and Alberta who have been referred by their physician or nurse practitioner. This ensures each assessment is clinically appropriate, focused on the right referral question, and integrated with your broader medical care.
All patients begin with an Intake & Assessment Planning Session, where a psychologist reviews your referral, clinical history, and current concerns. Based on this intake, the psychologist will recommend the most appropriate assessment pathway, which may include one or more of the following:
ADHD Assessment
Autism Spectrum Assessment (Adult)
Psychoeducational Assessment
Mental Health Assessment (Adult)
Not sure where to start? Simply book your Intake & Assessment Planning Session and our team will guide you through the next steps.
All services are delivered virtually, allowing patients in Ontario and Alberta to access specialist-level assessment without long public wait times — wherever they’re located.
